"I have interacted with SAFE on a number of occasions over the last couple of years, both as security event organisers and when reacting to specific security issues. I have always found the organisation to be professional and responsive, my dealings with them being positive and fruitful."
"The service has been consistent in its commitment and support to the Trust. The level of training and education has assisted in increasing staffs' ability to deal with challenging situations, for risks to be fully understood and to target support where required."
“SAFE have supported our teams nationally for over three years now and have proven to be an excellent partner in managing the risks from aggressive clients in clinics and in supporting our community staff to remain safe when visiting clients at home. The team at SAFE provide consistently effective and efficient support and became quickly embedded within our operational services; to the extent that they are routinely called upon for valued advice from operational teams. They also proactively support and advise us and analyse incident reports to target security resources where they can be of most use. Aggression incidents have reduced following swift and effective actions against perpetrators.”
"I am particularly proud of the achievements of the SAFE (Security and Fraud Experts) team in working to bring about dramatic year-on-year reductions in incidents of violence and aggression. Actions have included advising on the provision of a safer working environment in ‘new builds’ and the refurbishment of existing facilities, a systematic review of policy and procedure, training and education to reduce both the numbers and severity of incidents."

"I have been to a number of training sessions around Conflict Resolution in the last few years but felt as the Head of Education and Development it was important to sample the delivery of this session as the person responsible for Mandatory Training. From the beginning the delivery was engaging, interactive and very relevant. Knowledge that I already had was enhanced and I certainly learnt more. Staff that had never been to these sessions found them very useful and enjoyed the half day. Answers to questions raised would be contextualised and made clear for all to understand. Debate opened up ideas and challenged peoples thinking and perceptions. Great session, thank you".
